Sylvie de Kubber
Sylvie de Kubber is a humanistic chaplain, researcher, and educator based in Utrecht. She works in psychiatry and addiction care, focusing on palliative care, interfaith dialogue, and art-based interventions that support embodied and relational forms of spiritual care.
She teaches at the University of Humanistic Studies, where she specializes in ritual design, dialogue skills, ethics, and grief.
De Kubber is currently pursuing a PhD exploring the swarm as an artistic and ritual practice, asking how swarm methodologies can foster more inclusive, embodied and equitable care practices within psychiatric settings.
