Peter Tijhuis

Peter Tijhuis is an Amsterdam based photographer. He has a particular knack for spacial photography and applies this in his assignments for art institutions and architecture firms. He graduated in Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam and he holds a master degree in documentary photography at the art academy St. Joost in Breda. He has undertaken several documentary projects where people and their relation to the urban environment play a central role. In collaboration with fellow art academy students, Peter started the (now abandoned) Pickle magazine project.
