Frédérique Albert-Bordenave
Frédérique Albert-Bordenave (1994) is an artist and creative lead at Random Studio from Montreal, Canada based in Amsterdam. She graduated from the Architecture Design department at Gerrit Rietveld Academy (2017). Her work is often driven by one of the limitations of our human condition: if it wasn’t for time we could live forever and if it wasn’t for space we could be everywhere. Her interventions into space invite different perspectives to converse and interfere with each other to produce alternate temporal and spatial experiences.
Frédérique’s work has been exhibited in Het Nieuwe Instituut, Rotterdam (2022), Framer Framed, Amsterdam (2020), Metro54, Amsterdam (2020), Foam, Amsterdam (2020), Looiersgracht 60, Amsterdam (2019), De Koepel, Haarlem (2018). Albert-Bordenave was selected by the Amsterdam Fund for the Arts (AFK) for the 3Package Deal program for the year 2019.
