Oded Rimon

Oded Rimon is a visual artist living and working in Amsterdam. His individual work takes the form of temporary or permanent sculptures, installations, and films, and has been shown internationally.

Until 2019, he was part of the ZIK performance group. As part of his practice, Oded is involved with numerous collaborations that include research, processes and development, as well as the production, building, and execution. This includes sculptural set design and props for theatre and cinema; site-specific architecture, sculptures and solutions; mechanisms and robotics, and prototyping across different materials and techniques.

Oded is a guest teacher at the SVT and Gerrit Rietveld Academie, and his collaborations has been presented in acclaimed contexts such as the Venice Biennale, Yorkshire Sculpture International, Kunsthalle Münster, and the Rijksakademie among others.
