Wisse Krikke works as a programme maker in digital participative citizenship at the library, coordinating a programme of workshops in digital skill-building and democratic awareness. In parallel, he is founder of 𝖘𝖚𝖉𝖔 𝖓𝖆𝖓𝖔, a webspace self-hosted on obsolete technology. Through organising IRL and publishing URL, 𝖘𝖚𝖉𝖔 𝖓𝖆𝖓𝖔 explores the future of digital-born writing amid infrastructures that are increasingly geopolitically contested and perhaps even a little bit evil.
